The Fun2Go is a double rider cycle/ three-wheel trike where the riders sit next to one another. One person steers, both can pedal. Sitting side by side, the two riders both have good visibility and can communicate with one another. Both riders can easily get on and off the Fun2Go without having to step through, and the co-rider’s seat can swivel for side seating convenience. Both seats can be easily adjusted to the required leg length to pedal distance with a lever. The Fun2Go tandem has great manoeuvrability — with two wheels in the rear and one in front it can turn on its own axis.
The Fun2Go comes standard with the 7-speed gearing on the driver’s side, and a switchable freewheel hub which is used to determine whether and how the co-rider pedals.
The freewheel hub has three positions:
- a continuous movement of the pedal and the co-rider must pedal along.
- the pedals of the co-rider move independently of the pedals of the driver; with the pedals running freely, the co-rider does not have pedal power.
- the pedals of the co-rider move independently of the pedals of the driver; the co-rider’s drivetrain is engaged and the co-rider can cycle along.
